Work it Girl!

Hello! Lisa here from the DCWV Social Media Design Team, and I am so excited to share today's layout because it features one of DCWV's newest stacks: Hello Darlin'!

This collection is becoming one of my favorites for sure! The designs and colors are so fun to play with, and let's not forget the gold foil! Yum! There are also some really great designs that are fun to fussy cut and create your own embellishments with as I have done on my layout shown here below:

This layout actually came together by using scrap strips from a different layout that I had created; this time I used them as patterned stripes going down my page. I also used various sized strips for added detail so as to keep your eyes moving around the layout. All of my embellishments such as the camera, flowers and typewriter were fussy cut and adhered in place using foam adhesive squares. I also used some Clear Gem Stickers and colored them green to match my color scheme. The "Take Note" and "Hello Darling" sentiments were also trimmed from the stack.
